PROFILE

I am at my best in an advisory role in the smart industry. I am entrepreneurial, resourceful and always think in possibilities and solutions. I am adept at ad-hoc problem solving and work effectively to    achieve the set goals. Due to my broad international network, I am able to establish valuable collaborations between institutions, universities and industry.

EDUCATION

  • 2006 – 2010: PhD in Economics at Erasmus School of Economics. PhD Thesis: Knowledge, Entrepreneurship and Performance: Evidence from country-level and firm-level studies.(ISBN: 978-90-5892-248-9)
  • 2003 – 2005: Master of Science (Dutch title: ir) in Management of Technology at Technische Universiteit Delft.
  • 1995 – 1999: Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile Engineering from Shanghai University of Engineering Science.

  • 2017 – now: Assistant Professor, Faculty of Behavioural Management and Social Science, University of Twente, The Netherlands
